It's not possible to request photo op files anymore

Here are the details to request your .JPEG photo files for this past JIBWeek.

You can ask for your files starting November 2^nd 2017 and until March 16^th 2018.

As many people preferred not to have their files online, did not manage to find themselves among thumbnails or were trying to order pictures belonging to someone else, this year we have decided to change method.
So please pay attention to the 2 following steps expalined below here because you will need to follow them to request your files.
Mimimum donation for each file you want to receive is 4€.

1) 1^st THING TO DO:
you need to send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it (Subject: File request from + your name and surname) specifying:
- Name and surname
- Past convention pass number
- HOW MANY files you wish to get (you do not need to provide other information here, just the number of files)
Method you prefer to use to send contribution (minimum contribution for each file is 4€)
PLEASE DO NOT ATTACH ANY FILE OR IMAGE TO THIS EMAIL.

2) 2^nd THING TO DO:
you need to send a second email to this new SPECIFIC ADDRESS This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it (you must use this email only no other address!) specifying:
- Subject: YOUR NAME AND SURNAME
- Content: Attach images of the photo files you want to get. ATTENTION! EMAIL SHOULD NOT BE OVER 3MB! Please do not attach files that are too big, we just need small images to look for your photo files, we do not need HiRes files! If you have requested a lot of files please send 2 emails specifying same data (name surname and object) and both email should not be bigger than 3MB.

In 7 working days we will reply to the email you've sent to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to confirm your request and providing all details to send the contribution for your files.
We won't be replying to the email with files attachments sent to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
After we receive your contribution we will send you the link to download your files in 4-5 week time.

For those of you wishing to request photo files for friends/relatives:
Please remember that as a rule you should ask only your files. If you requests files for yourself and a friend/relative you need to copy their email address in the same email you send to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
If you requests files for yourself and a friend/relative you need to specify both your surnames and names on the subject of the email you are sending to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and attaching small pictures of both yours and theirs. Remember that even if your're requesting files for more than yourself the email should not be bigger than 3MB, otherwise please send 2 emails.

For those of you wishing to request files from 2016 convention (JIB7 and Jibland1):
You can still ask for them but only until December 10th 2017.
We cannot provide files from 2015 or older conventions, sorry.
