Many of you write to us asking this kind of information, so we've decided to create a sort of calendar for deadlines and announcements and we hope you can find it useful.

JUS IN BELLO CALENDAR

8th AUGUST seats for Jason Manns show will be available for booking (Angel and Demon passes don’t need to reserve it).

23th AUGUST TRIO PHOTO OPS will be available for booking at 07.00 PM Rome timezone (only pass owners can book them).

31st AUGUST 2nd installment for Misha photo ops (and Jared photo ops for people who've booked them on July) is due.

10th SEPTEMBER 2nd installment for Jensen photo ops is due.

10th SEPTEMBER J2 photo ops will be available for booking required contribution will be 165€.

20th SEPTEMBER other double photo ops will be available for booking (Jensen+Misha & Jared+Misha for the moment) required contribution will be 150€.

Prophet passes will be available for the auctioning either in the second half of October or first half of November.

Meet&Greet will be available for the auctioning in November.

Roman Holiday will be available for booking in December.

Dates are tentative (installments' ones aside which are mandatory) and we may delay them so check back from time to time to see changes and definitive information.

Other dates will be added in the next months as they’ll become available.

PS: ABOUT PASSES YOU’VE BEEN ASKING HOW MANY WE HAVE LEFT OF THIS OR THAT TYPE SO YOU CAN CONSIDER WE HAVE AROUND 50 OF EACH KIND (SOME MORE SOME LESS BUT WE RECEIVE DAILY BOOKINGS AND PEOPLE DO UPGRADE THEIR PASSES SO WE CAN’T BE MORE PRECISE) ABOUT PHOTO OPS AT THIS MOMENT JARED’S ONES (SINGLE ONES, NOT DOUBLES) ARE ALMOST FINISHED, WE HAVE LESS THAN 15 LEFT.

In the last days we’ve had some troubles with passes exchange so we thought better to remind everyone rules about this subject, because we hate seeing people disappointed but we really can’t spend time over and over again explaining the same things.

So please read carefully because otherwise if this becomes too much of a problem when someone act rashly we will simply deny the change regardless of any explanation.

1)      You MUST inform us BEFORE giving your pass, photo op or autograph to someone else.

2)      You MUST wait until we reply to you approving the new person coming in your place.

We wish to remind you JIB CON is a private event and all people coming over must have an invitation to enter the premises. There are persona non grata who won’t be granted permission to attend our weekend of fun no matter what.
So like for any party you might attend you don’t pass your invitation to someone else without informing your host.

3)      You CANNOT hand your pass to people who already have the same one (i.e  an angel pass to those who already have their angel pass, a demon pass to those who already have their demon pass, a sinner pass to those who already have their sinner pass)

4)      If for any reason (such as you can’t come, they’re your friend and will collect autographs and pictures for you at the convention) you wish to hand your pass to someone who already have the same pass type this person will own 2 passes but will not be able to give away theirs to anyone else for any reason.

5)      So be warned IF YOU ACQUIRE 2 PASS OF THE SAME TYPE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HAVE SOMEONE ELSE USE ONE OF THEM.

6)      Any change MUST be done at least 3 weeks before the convention opening date. After that deadline we will have printed the list of our supporters and we will not change it.

We hope this makes things clearer because there won’t be any exception to these rules.

JIB CON HOSTS

Hello everyone, here we are with news on rooms booking at the Hilton.
Hotel's management takes into account our complaint and has come to us with a new solution which could be good for everyone:

- when you book they charge your credit card for 1 night stay, this to make sure the card is valid and the booking serious, it seems like last year they had some trouble with fake booking. Some people booked and then didn't bother to send an email to cancel their resevation when they changed their mind. We know this can happen because we had the same problem with not so honest people reserving passes and then not going through with them.
- but you can cancel your booking untill 1 week before your arrival date and they will give you back your money without any fee
- you can make any necessary change to arriving or departure dates untill 48 hours before your arriving time without any additional fee (you can change from single to double or triple room and viceversa too, of course based on rooms availability at the moment of your request)

So basically they take an advance of 1 night to be sure you're serious with the booking but they're ready to give it back to you if you need to cancel your reservation and you send an email at least 1 week before arriving, you'll be free to take your time and they'll be protected against not so reliable clients which to us seems fair enough.
With the option to change number of nights and type of room till 48 hours before for free the solution to us appear a good one.

Last memo: if you wish to go on booking you can do so and new condition is already working so when doing so keep in mind your credit card will be charged for the cost of 1 night within a couple of days after your reservation is processed.

INFO ABOUT ROOMS PRICES AND BOOKINGS

Everybody please wait with the Hilton bookings, seems like there are troubles with the reserving method.
We've already contacted the hotel management to solve this matter so you won't be charged anything untill 90days prior the convention date at least, and you will be able to make all the changes you need (increasing or decreasing days of stay, going from a single to a double or a triple room) untill 48 hours before your scheduled arriving date.
Sorry for the inconvenience, we were not aware of this change from last year.


Please, don't panic. For who has already booked a room, please don't worry. The changes that will be made, they will be extended to all reservations, including those already made. The staff is waiting to get answers from the Hilton and the changes will be applied to all rooms reserved for the JIB. As soon as possible you will be informed on the details.
