If I loose or forget my invitation email can I take part in the convention?
No, you can’t! So please pay attention to your confirmation email, save it, print it, store it, and take it with you at the convention.

YOU WON’T BE ALLOWED INSIDE CONVENTION PREMISES WITHOUT YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL!

When will the convention take place?

Friday:

Registration from 9.00am till 7.00pm

Convention regular activities from 2.00pm till 7.00pm

Convention special events from 9.00am till 1.00.pm

Evening activity from 9.00pm

Saturday:

Registration from 8.00am till 2.00pm

Convention regular activities from 9.00pm till 6.30pm

Evening activity from 8.00pm

Sunday:

Registration from 9.00am till 12.00am

Convention regular activities from 9.00pm till 6.30pm

These timetables are approximate and subjected to change.

 

Can I be part of the staff for the convention? Can I help with the organization?

About staff we already have one we are used to work with. On the contrary of what happens at other events we go with a policy of hiring only professionals because we prefer for fans to enjoy the convention and not to spend their time working.

Anyway last minute troubles could require some additional help, so if you’ve got experience as hostess or steward, you own a pass (if needed additional staff will be added at the last minute so we will consider only persons who are already coming to the convention) and you wish to offer your service feel free to email us with your data.

We will keep a list and if at convention time we will need more help we will contact you and let you know the working conditions we offer.

About the organization you can help in various ways:

-you can advertise the convention on the net through your contacts and friends,

-you can send over to us banners, headers, icons, animations, wallpapers, videos and so on to enrich Jus In Bello website.

-if anyone needs information and you don’t know the correct answer you can point them toward convention official website or write to us so we will be able to spread correct news.

If you think you can offer help in other ways you can write to us with your suggestions.

Can I stop actors passing by in the hotel hallways to ask for Autographs or to take pictures?

No, you absolutely can’t! If you are found to be bothering actors in the hotel you will be immediately expelled by our security and you will not be granted access on other convention days too. You need to remember actors need their spaces and their privacy!

Can I bring a gift for an actor? Will I be allowed to present it directly?

Yes, you can. Gifts will be allowed at autograph sessions and you will be able to hand them personally, but each token must be unwrapped to allow a security check. No unchecked gift will be authorized.

Can I take videos of the event?

No, you absolutely can’t! If you are found to be recording any part of the event, with cameras or cellphones alike, you will be immediately expelled by our security and you will not be granted access on other convention days too.

Can I use my cellphone at the event?

You can use your cellphone outside stage room. Inside stage room you should switch your mobile phone to silent mode only, and you won’t be allowed to make phone calls during panels.


What is JIB Con Kids Policy?


Some of you have enquired about bringing their children over at the convention, we all love children and we will be happy to have them.
So yes parents, you can bring your little ones over, but they will need a regular pass as any grown up. We can’t give discounted passes to children because we have a limited amount of people permitted into convention premises, a limited amount of passes, photo ops and autographs, and as small as a child is, for security rules and counting numbers one person is one person no matter how old or young. Infants till 11 months of age (under 1 year to be more specific) are only exception. Anyhow if you are bringing children under 10 with you you need to contact us and let us know prior the convention so we can arrange things accordingly.



About Passes and Packages


Do Admission Packages give me access to the whole 3 days of the convention?

Yes, all packages (Angel, Demon and Hunter) give access to convention premises for the whole 3 days of the event, from starting hour to evening activities.

There will be different activities during each convention day.

 

Is there a deadline to book passes and entrance packages?

You will be able to request all kind of passes and packages till they are sold out. But you shall remember Jus In Bello Convention is a private event, opened only to participants who have given a supporting contribution prior to the event to be granted a pass and thus receiving a personal invitation to gain entrance.

No pass can be acquired or will be sold at convention premises and invitation is nominal only.

 

How much time do I have to send payment after booking a pass?

All contributions to gain passes must be paid within 3 working days from the booking (for example if you receive payment data on Friday you’ll need to send money before Wednesday. If you book on Tuesday you have to pay before Friday and so on…)

 

Will Angel Pass or Demon Pass grant me a reserved seat in the stage room?

Yes, all patrons of an Angel Pass or a Demon Pass will have a numbered reserved seat in the stage room and the seat will be the same one assigned from Friday to Sunday.

 

Can Hunter Pass patrons enter the stage room?

No, Hunter Pass patrons will not be able to access the stage room where panels will be held, but they will be able to see what’s going on through external screens.

They will be able to participate directly to other programmed activities (Autograph sessions, Photo Ops, competitions and contests, artistic exhibitions, buying of exclusive gadgets etc…)

 

Can I ask for an upgrade from one pass to an other?

Yes, if Hunter Pass and Demon Pass patrons wish to change their entrance package with a better one they can do so simply by asking and paying the difference. This option will be available till the better passes are sold out.


Can I hand my pass to someone else?

Yes, you can. You are allowed to give your pass to someone else, but you need to inform us about the change at least 2 weeks prior the convention because we will need to register it and modify our patrons list accordingly.


How and when will I be able to book a Prophet Pass?

Prophet Passes will be auctioned in a few months.

If  Prophet Pass winners already own another pass (Angel, Demon or Hunter) they can ask us to change the ownership of their previous pass to another person – informing us in good time of the new patron data – or they will be able to ask the staff to look for a person wishing to have their previous pass.

 


About Convention Guests

 

When will you announce other guests - all the guests?

Guests will be announced in the next months. Booking a guest for a convention takes a long time and needs detailed negotiations. We only announce guests when we have them under contract.

Hence announced guests have officially confirmed their presence and attendance to the event and are contracted to come.

 

Will you announce all the guests within September/October?

No, it’s not likely we will do so. Some negotiations take longer than others, we could decide to book some additional guests in the future, or based on contracts requests we could need to wait a prescribed date before the announcement. It’s a rather common occurrence that some guests are confirmed simply a few months before the convention.

 

Shall I need to wait for all the guest be announced before booking Photo Ops or extra Autographs?

No, we will release Photo Ops and extra Autographs on this website soon after a guest is announced. Group Photo Ops will take a bit longer, but they’ll become available as soon as possible.

Considering the complete guest list could take almost all time span before the convention starting date, waiting till every guest is confirmed could result in Photo Ops and Autographs to be already sold out.

 


About Photo Ops and Extra Autographs


What’s a Photo Op?

Literally Photo Op means Photograph Opportunity, or the Opportunity to take a picture with someone.

In the case of conventions it’s the possibility to have a photo shoot together with one of the actors of Supernatural TV series.

Patrons with a Photo Op pass can meet the chosen actor personally and have a picture taken with him or her. Photos will then become available printed or on a digital support before the end of the event.

Photo Ops will take place in various sessions during the 3 days of the convention.

 

Are you going to schedule Photo Ops with more than one actor?

Yes, we will. We are going to schedule group Photo Ops in the next months.

 

Can I have a group photo op with some actors of my choice?

No, you can’t. Our staff will decide some different standard combinations of guests for group photo ops.

Do all Photo Ops/Extra Autographs require the same contribution?

No, Photo Op and extra Autographs will require different contributions. Cost will be based on the chosen actor, and for Photo Op will be based even on the number of actors in the same picture.


Can I book more than 1 Photo Op/extra Autograph with the same actor?

Yes you can, at this moment whomever has booked a pass can request more than 1 Photo Op or extra Autograph with the same actor.

When both options will be nearly sold out this opportunity will be limited to Angel Pass and Demon Pass patrons.

 

Can I pass my Photo Op/extra Autograph onto someone else?

Yes, you can. You are allowed to give your Photo Op and extra Autograph to someone else, but you need to inform us at least 2 weeks prior the convention about the change because we will need to register it.

Can I do my Photo Op with a friend?

Yes, you can. It is possible to share a shoot with 1 other person beside the actor (2 being the maximum number of fans permitted).

Anyway you need to be aware each person must have 1 photo op for each shoot. So if you want a picture with your friend you and your friend shall have 2 photo ops.

Is there a deadline to book Photo Ops/extra Autographs? Will I be able to get them directly at the convention?

You will be able to request Photo Ops and extra Autographs till they are sold out. But you shall be aware that no Photo Op or extra Autograph will be available at the convention.

Photo Ops for main stars usually are sold out for months before the event and we will not overbook just to let anyone have more Photo Ops or Autographs as it happens to other convention.

We want everyone attending to be able to take their time with guests and to enjoy the event without rushing from one activity to the next. We don’t want to have endless lines, delays on regular basis or scheduled events’ cancellation, so we will not overbook the convention. Pass are limited and so will be Photo Ops and extra Autographs.

How shall I dress for my Photo Op?

Pictures with actors are a wonderful memento to keep through passing time, so you’ll wish to appear at your best but also be comfortable with what you’re wearing. Photo Ops will be done in a relaxing environment so there’s no need to overdress or being highly formal.

 

Can I take private pictures during Autograph sessions?

No, you absolutely can’t! If you are found to be taking pictures, with cameras or cellphones alike you will be immediately expelled by our security and you will not be granted access on other convention days too.
